Cob Golf products are made to order. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including the product, color, size, shipping address, and contact information.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at brapcentr@gmail.com within [7 or 30] days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns and exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us before sending anything back. Do not mail items to the return address on the package unless we have provided return instructions.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
