Cob Golf products are made to order. Orders are prepared after purchase and then shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Processing time
Orders typically require [2–7 business days] to be prepared before shipment. Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Delivery time
After an order ships, estimated delivery is:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping rates and tracking
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and items in your order. When tracking is available, we’ll send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled or shipped separately.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible at brapcentr@gmail.com if you notice an address error, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has been submitted.
If your package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be found, or appears damaged, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can help investigate.
If you ship internationally, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges may be collected by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
